Originally from the Bay Area in California, Madison graduated in 2013 from the San Francisco Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics; a Paul Mitchell partner school. Since then she has spent her career focused on mastering lived-in color, beautiful blondes and detailed haircuts. With over a decade of experience, she is committed to continuing education and learning new hairstyling techniques.
Madison has received training from Bumble and Bumble, Redken, Davines, Blonde Chronicles, and precision razor-cutting methods taught by Hanzo educators. She is also certified in Keratin Complex and Hotheads extensions. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques is important to her, ensuring her clients will always walk out the door loving their hair.

With over twelve years behind the chair in Seattle and a background in visual art, Mary has an artist’s eye for creating custom haircolor and haircuts. She especially enjoys doing dimensional vivids, soft grey blending and high impact blondes and reds. Mary has a knack for crafting soft sculpted layers that work with your hair’s natural texture as well as edgier, alternative styles.

Adrienne is a barbering and men’s grooming specialist with an open approach to finding the right haircut or custom color for each client. Her work is centered on results that age well between salon visits.
She trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Austin, where she developed a strong foundation in balanced, structured haircutting. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2016, her focus has remained on durability—hair designed for real life, not just the day it’s styled. Adrienne works best with clients who value consistency, realistic expectations, and long-term hair and scalp health.

JoAnn is Ozma's founder and a stylist whose main focus is haircolor. She has extensive training in high impact blonding, color corrections and continues to further her knowledge by taking advanced courses with incredible master stylists. JoAnn has trained with industry greats, such as Roxy Akopyan, Connor Doyle, Sarai Speer, Christopher and Sonya Dove, and 901 Academy.
